Donnell Harris was arrested on Friday, Oct. 14 after investigators connected him to a string of robberies that began on Wednesday, Aug. 10 in the areas of Rosemary Hills Drive, 16th Street, and East West Highway, according to Montgomery County police.
In the eight incidents, each victim described the suspect as a Black man with a thin to medium build who stood around 5-feet 7-inches tall, who carried a handgun with a green laser.
When Harris was arrested, a black 9mm handgun with a laser was found on him.
Harris is currently behind held without bond.
